The teacher gives her students homework:

“Children, draw a cow and some grass next to it!”

The next day, the teacher looks at the drawings. One student’s paper only shows a cow.

“My child, I asked you for a cow and grass. I only see the cow, so where’s the grass?”

The student hesitates and bows his head:

“The cow ate the grass, sir…”
